Mr David Steinepreis

David Steinepreis is a Chartered Accountant and former partner of an international accounting firm where he specialised in strategic corporate advice and taxation for listed companies. He entered commerce as a director, adviser and major shareholder of a number of listed companies in the gold, diamonds, oil and new mining technology sectors. Mr Steinepreis, who has been a resident in the United Kingdom since 2006, has been an executive director since 2006 of Norseman Gold plc which is listed on AIM and ASX. He is also a director of North River Resources plc which is listed on AIM and Black Fire Energy Ltd, Croesus Mining NL, Southern Pacific Petroleum NL and Atom Energy Limited, companies listed on the ASX. Mr Steinepreis is also chairman of Ascent Capital and a 50% beneficial shareholder.

Mr Gary Steinepreis

Gary Steinepreis holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Western Australia and is a Chartered Accountant. Mr Steinepreis provides corporate, management and accounting advice to a number of companies involved in the resource, technology and leisure industries. He is a director of RMG Limited, Signature Metals Ltd, WAG Limited, Black Fire Energy Limited, Avalon Resources Limited and Southern Pacific Petroleum NL (receivers and managers appointed) (subject to deed of company arrangement) companies listed on ASX. Mr Steinepreis is also Managing Director of Ascent Capital.

Mr Patrick Burke

Patrick Burke holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Western Australia. He has approximately fifteen years experience working in law firms and companies in Australia and Ireland. His expertise is in corporate, commercial and securities law with an emphasis on capital raisings and mergers and acquisitions. He contributes general corporate and legal skills along with a strong knowledge of the Australian Stock Exchange requirements.  He is a director of WAG Limited and Southern Pacific Petroleum NL (receivers and managers appointed) (subject to deed of company arrangement) companies listed on ASX.

Mr Stephen Lowe

Stephen Lowe is a taxation specialist with over 15 years experience consulting to a wide range of corporate and private clients on a broad range of taxation issues including mining, international matters, GST and CGT. He is currently a director of the Perth based specialist taxation firm MKT - Taxation Advisors. He is also currently a non-executive director of Apex Minerals NL a company listed on ASX.  His qualifications include a Bachelor of Business, Post-Graduate Diploma in Advanced Taxation and a Master of Taxation from the University of New South Wales. He is a Fellow of the Taxation Institute of Australia and a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
